Account Registration

Eligibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may maintain only one active account

Account Termination

• Practice exams for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, and other examinations

Utility Services

• Airtime recharge for all networks
• Data bundle purchases
• Electricity bill payments
• Exam scratch cards and e-PINs (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)

Payment Terms

Wallet System

• All purchases are made through your KnowitTution wallet
• Wallet funds are non-withdrawable but can be used for all services
• You can fund your wallet via bank transfer, card payment, or USSD
• A transaction PIN is required to authorize purchases

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to offer promotional discounts
• VAT and other applicable taxes are included in displayed prices

Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but service is not delivered, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours. For delays beyond 24 hours, contact support.

User Conduct

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or services
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access services
• Impersonate another person or entity

Intellectual Property

All content on KnowitTution, including but not limited to:

• Practice questions and exam materials
• Software, code, and algorithms
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, graphics, images, and designs

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using KnowitTution, you consent to:

• Collection of personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Processing of transaction data for service delivery
• Use of cookies for improved user experience
• Communication via email and SMS for account updates and promotions

• Exam boards may change syllabus or question patterns

Third-Party Services

• Airtime, data, and utility services depend on third-party providers
• We are not responsible for network downtime or provider issues
• Exam board policies regarding PINs and scratch cards are beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowitTution shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or service provider failures
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, not exceeding ₦50,000.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy. Key points:

• Wallet credits are generally non-refundable
• Service failures must be reported within 24 hours
• User errors (wrong numbers, wrong selections) are not refundable
• Successfully delivered services cannot be refunded

Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• Content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external sites
• Damages or losses from using third-party services
